From hereon after Forced Clicks and Spider Web Link List shall be known as party of the 1st part and you shall be known as either party of the second part or you, which ever sounds better.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   Welcome to party of the 1st part! party of the 1st part provides this service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
   party of the 1st part provides one web page with a custom virtual business card ad hosted on our server free of charge for life and / or a link. You may update your virtual business card ad at anytime through the member section which will update your virtual business card on every members web page that displays it.

   I (we) represent that all statements contained in the Virtual Business Card are true, complete and accurate, and that there have been no omissions of material statements. I (we) represent that we are 13 years or older.

   I (we) represent that we will hold party of the 1st part and all companies affiliated with party of the 1st part harmless from any third party claims arising from your Virtual Business Card ad herein.

   I (we) understand that party of the 1st part has made no representations with regard to its ads, and that we are solely responsible for the content of the ad and the success of the ad.

   I (we) consent to and agree that all disputes under this agreement are subject to the laws of the State of Michigan.

   I (we) agree that venue for all actions under this matter, shall be in the courts located in the State of Michigan, County of Oakland, or the courts located nearest thereto.

   I (we) agree to pay all attorneys’ fees incurred by party of the 1st part and all companies affiliated with party of the 1st part and all costs related thereto, as a result of any breaches of our agreement with Forced Clicks and all companies affiliated with party of the 1st part, including those set forth above.

   I (we) agree that this agreement was entered into in the State of Michigan and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

   I (we) agree to never upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas of the Service that are designated for such purpose; upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornography, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or create more than one party of the 1st part web page.
