To check on "Cookies" on your computer, using IE:
1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Custom Level tab and a window pops up.
4. Move the slider to view: Cookies
5. Click on Enable, for both options... Allow cookies that are stored on your computer and Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
6. Click YES when asked if you want to make these Security Changes to your computer.
7. Click on OK to get out of the screens.
Note: If your browser is 6.0 or above;
A. Go to Tools menu, click Internet Options.
B. Click Privacy tab, click Advanced put a check mark in Override automatic cookie handling, check Accept for First and Third-party Cookies and Always allow session cookies. Click Ok and you have enabled cookies
To check on "Cookies" on your computer, using Netscape:
1. On the toolbar click on Edit
2. On the drop down menu, click on Preferences
3. In the menu that opens, Double Click on Privacy & Security
4. Then, Double Click on Cookies
5. There, choose to Enable All Cookies
6. Click on OK and you're done
